- When the decoction of the tea is enough, strong or light as you prefer, switch of the stove.
- In another vessel, take 2-3 teaspoons or nattu sakkarai and then pour the decoction into the vessel which contains the nattu sakkari.
- Stir it well with a spoon and then strain it and pour into cups and serve hot.
Nattu Sakkarai Coffee
- Boil milk required for the coffee.
- When the milk is boiled and hot off the stove
- In another vessel, take 2-3 teaspoons or nattu sakkarai and coffee powder together.
- Then pour the hot milk into the vessel which contains the nattu sakkari and coffee powder.
- Stir it well with a spoon and then strain it and pour into cups and serve hot.
NOTE: Do not add nattu sakkari directly to the boiling milk it will make the milk curdle.
